Excellent stamina for his size, easily keeping up in the average first flight but content to go in the slower flights too. Whip broke, gun broke, great in trappy/rocky/muddy terrain, excellent in traffic, good with bikes, Jumps anything you point him at!

 

Azul has been extensively trail ridden from the beach to the mountains! He’s as close to bomb proof as a 5 year old comes. Can be ridden English, western, bareback, bridle-less, sidesaddle or backwards. Clear a trail, run the chainsaw off him, take a midnight trail ride with your favorite cocktail (and not spilling a drop!) thanks the his Cadillac level comfort in all gaits, or he can be your all terrain vehicle for ranch duties such as roping, pushing cows, fixing fences ect.

 

Azul would also make a phenomenal confidence-building partner in the competition ring, with the versatility to excel in dressage, working equitation, hunters/jumpers, or eventing. He’s naturally more of a leg-on, kick ride in the arena quiet, forgiving, and never looking to do more than you ask.

 

He would also make a  phenomenal therapy horse, liberty, mounted police prospect, guest horse, rodeo pickup horse, track pony, vaulting mount, trick horse, or ambassador horse for the right program. He simply loves having a job and being part of the action.
