$150 Marketing Retainer + 10% Commission
For owners who prefer a full-service sales experience. The non-refundable $150 marketing retainer is applied toward your commission when your horse sells. I handle the marketing process, buyer communication, and sales support while keeping you involved in final decisions, paperwork, and payment. People will only get your contact information once they are ready to buy or visit/try the horse. No more tirekickers! Let me handle that! If you have used me before, this is what I currently offer.

Service Disclaimer & Payment Policy
Annie's Thoroughbred Listings provides advertising, marketing, and sales support services designed to increase visibility and help connect horses with potential buyers. Professional marketing can improve presentation and exposure; however, no sale, sale price, timeline, buyer interest, or outcome is guaranteed.
​
Payment for marketing services is due in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise stated. All service fees are non-refundable once services have begun and cover the time, expertise, preparation, advertising, and marketing services provided. No refunds will be issued due to changes in circumstances, a decision not to sell, a horse being sold through another source, or failure to complete a transaction.
​
For Concierge Sales Representation services, the marketing retainer is non-refundable and due prior to the beginning of services. Commission is due within 5 days of the seller receiving funds from the buyer following a completed sale. Commission is considered earned when a buyer connected through Annie's Thoroughbred Listings purchases the horse, whether the transaction is completed directly through the seller or another party.

The decision to buy, sell, or proceed with any transaction is solely between the buyer and seller. Annie's Thoroughbred Listings does not guarantee or represent the soundness, health, temperament, suitability, training, value, or future performance of any horse. Sellers are responsible for accurately representing their horses, including disclosing known history, health, soundness, training, and behavioral information. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including asking questions, arranging independent evaluations, and making their own purchasing decisions.

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, Annie's Thoroughbred Listings does not act as a veterinarian, trainer, appraiser, or provide professional opinions regarding a horse's medical condition, soundness, suitability, or future performance.
Annie's Thoroughbred Listings reserves the right to refuse, modify, suspend, or remove any listing or service at its discretion if information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with professional standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annie's Thoroughbred Listings shall not be responsible for losses, disputes, injuries, or damages arising from transactions, ownership, training, health, behavior, performance, or use of any horse.
