Howie retired back in Nov 2024 after 23 starts and $79k in earnings. Howie is ready to continue his education and find his new human. Howie has lightly been restarted and while he’s getting back in shape, he’s proven to be quite the easy going, old soul kinda dude. For those of you who missed out on Johnny, this guy is a bit older and sports all the same personality traits. With a bit of weight, muscle and fitness, Howie is going to have an amazing glow up.

 

Suitable for a junior or ammie working with a trainer. Howie is a straightforward ride, hacks out alone or with company, he is not spooky and has all the pieces to make a lovely all around mount. Howie is currently in front shoes. Howie is a great option for a rider who has a limited budget but wants a quality horse.

Howie went a show last weekend and was GREAT!  It was a super choatic show and an ammy was able to successfully steer him around 18"-2ft course.  He stalled well, was personable and a cuddlebug, and did his job.
