Cowchi aka Belle

Belle retired off the track early 2025 after earning close to 125k and was ‘let down and let go’ so to speak. Belle made her way to us in September 2025 and went on the ‘get beefy diet plan’ which she was very happy to participate in. Belle has packed on the pounds and muscle and has been slowly and correctly started undersaddle.

 

Belle is currently WTC and has been lightly started over fences. Belle has a very natural balance and uphill, rhythmic gaits. She is super responsive to her riders aids, she aims to please and tries really hard to answer all the questions correctly. Belle’s fitness has been mostly flatwork and lunging to keep her eligible for RRP 2026.

 

Belle is currently barefoot. No vices (she did weave in the stall when she arrived however that behavior has decreased significantly with her current routine). Belle does have a osselet on her LF which is cosmetic and not affecting the joint space, an xray is available.

 

The expectation for Belle was to target RRP 2026 however my life plans have shifted, so she is available to the right fit. Priority will be given to someone who wants to do RRP.
