appx 15.3h 3yo UNRACED tb colt (soon to be gelding)

Located near Lexington Ky

 

Due to his rare face marking, this guy is known as Harry Potter and/or Nacho and/or Dorito to his friends.  He is race trained, but has not raced due to being slow/little interest in the job.  No vices.  Up to date on farrier, vaccines, deworming etc.  Currently barefoot but would benefit from front shoes (tender on gravel which is why jog video is on grass).  He has been turned out/let down since January.

He is freeze fired on back hock.  He popped a curb during training, but was never unsound on it and it has been resolved.  We do not have xrays, ultrasounds etc but you are welcome to get one done.  He is a little bit in at the knee in the front.

 

Should mature to at least 16 hands, he has been a bit slow to mature.  Dam is 16.2h.  Nice thick boy!  Currently a COLT (intact).  Will be gelded in next week.  Price lowered if you want him as a colt.

 

Very green (track broke, training) only so not suitable for beginners, timid riders etc, but otherwise should be a nice project for amateur or junior with trainer.
