He is sound legged but has a Grade 4 throat via scope which makes him unsuitable for racing. He should finish out around 16hh. He is halter broke and a pretty good boy, but will need an experienced home.  Vet and rood and riddle thinks he can go onto low level sports without a problem (have text).  Could also be a candidate for tieback surgery with runs $2000-$3500 in Lexington area.
